“Hemos estado 4 días en esta magnífica casa. Mi familia y yo lo pasamos muy bien.casa totalmente equipada no le falta nada de nada.tranquilidad ,zona de juegos impresionante ,barbacoa grandísima ,piscina, climatizada y hasta una canasta exterior para jugar.habitaciones muy luminosas .limpieza excelente .y Raquel la propietaria muy amable .nos atendió estupendamente y pendiente a todo en todo momento.sin duda repetiremos.”

“Maison très bien située, très au calme avec un très beau jardin et une belle petite piscine. Très bon accueil de Mariela. A su répondre à nos demandes (poêles, saladier manquants). A mis à notre disposition des œufs frais chaque jour. Seul bémol : l’intérieur est très sombre et plus particulièrement les chambres car l’ensemble des murs est couvert de lambris très foncé. Il y avait une odeur persistante et très désagréable à l’intérieur de toute la maison : d’où provenait-elle ?.”

“We wanted a villa away from the bustle of the south of the island and a chance to see more of how life actually is in Tenerife. The Draco villa delivered exactly this. The location was excellent with supermarkets and many great restaurants within easy walking distance. The high quality roads made exploring the island really easy. We had a car and there is gated parking for 2 cars (and an electric charging port) and it was perfect for us. We had a couple of niggles (like a tripped fuse) and they……

“Das kleine Haus liegt in gut 800m über dem Meer und bietet vom Garten ein schönes Panorama. Insgesamt ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel rufen nach einer Erneuerung, die Couch im Wohnzimmer macht den Eindruck bald zusammenzubrechen und die Bank im Garten neben dem Pool habe ich vorsichtshalber nicht benutzt, da dann vermutlich die Bespannung komplett gerissen wäre.Das Bett war gut, und der freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter/Betreuer (?) des Anwesens, der nebenan wohnt, hat sich……

“The villa is a good size and in a quiet area but unfortunately the up-keeping of the property is very neglected. The cleaning wasn’t done properly so they had to re do it the day after we arrived. A few other bits weren’t working (dishwasher and coffee machine). The communication with the property management company was very frustrating as there are too many people involved and lots of miscommunication going on. The garden was totally abandoned and the pool was missing a lot of water. They did……
