"From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The hotel is spectacular and our room was exactly as shown and spotlessly presented. The staff are truly exceptional, everyone from reception to housekeeping. I travel by motorcycle and the secure underground parking provided perfect peace of mind. Valet parking is available if you are nervous about tight underground car parks. Taking breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace is a delightful way to start each day and the play of light over the Guggenheim, across the road, is mesmerising. I also used the room service and like the other restaurants on site it was surprisingly good value. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough 10 out of 10."

The hotel is small, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Bilbao, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful streets of the city. It was so convenient to explore Bilbao without needing a car or public transportation. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hotel had a lovely intimate feeling rather than feeling large or impersonal. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Bilbao. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"
