“The Alma House was FANTASTIC! My wife is pretty much the litmus test for all hotels in the world. AND this was the BASE from which all hotels will be measured from this day forward. The location, the atmosphere, the appointment of each room speaks how well this B&B is cared for. We’ve stayed across the country and across the UK and The Alma House was by far her favorite. “We enjoyed the accommodations of this condo at Purgatory. It was very conveniently located to all the amenities available at the resort. The condo was clean and exactly as described.”

“It looked like a rat hole at first and my wife she would pay for another hotel, just anything else please. I said, let’s not judge a book by its cover, at least men are around doing improvements. Inside, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. As good as any mid priced room anywhere. Stay was fine, slept well.”

“Spent four nights here and it was just fine. Hot shower, warm room, decently stocked kitchenette. Just needs a new mattress. Not unsleepable but needs some support. Short walk to slopes and market just below. Overall a decent, little place.”

“Solid lodging option. Very convenient to skiing and other Purg activities. Good wifi and everything thing else needed was there. The interior was nice, with some aspects becoming dated but not to the point of being a problem. Two related cons. The entry door is in the bedroom and it has a SIGNIFICANT draft. The door between the bedroom and won't stay shut, so the draft freezes the entire condo. It was cold to the point of needing to wear jackets inside when we arrived. The second con is that……
