The Ridge is an upscale studio apartment. nestled in the hills of Mentone . It is one of 3 apartments in this complex. The Ridge is located on the bottom level. Relax outside on a screened-in porch and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Our terrain is a bit rugged. The drive and parking area is gravel. There is room for 1 vehicle per . You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. parking and grill are shared. This property is apartment style , you will hear your neighbors .

We really enjoyed the accommodations, especially the porch! It was very quiet and peaceful when sitting outside. The only complaint is about the noise upstairs. It was like someone was dragging furniture across the floor all night long and it was difficult to sleep. I know we were informed there would be noise beforehand, but didn't expect it to be more than normal "apartment living" noise.

This was an over all nice little place to stay. The location was great with easy access to Mentone. Everything that I used worked great. But definitely listen when they say you will hear your neighbors. Maybe i just had extremely loud neighbors but it sounded like they were going to come crashing down from the ceiling. Plus you can hear every word being spoken. All of the water pipes must run right along the walls in this room. So you will hear all the running water and flushing of toilets. But bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Back deck had a great view. I loved hearing the train as i set out there watching the sun set. I do wish there was a couch out there but the rocking chairs were great. Not sure if the cleaning people just forgot but there was no water bottle left like the pictures show so i wasnt able to make coffee in the morning... sorry not a tap water kind of person. But definitely go to The Hatter Cafe they had great coffee and i bought an extra so i could just heat it up the next morning.

Everything was as described. Neat, clean and stocked. Location was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted, yet secluded enough for privacy. Really enjoyed the stay.
