“The hotel is on the other side of the river, beware as most of the things in town are on the other side which takes about 25 minutes to get to. The airport is also about that distance also. There is not much around the hotel mostly houses and very few eating places, as I mentioned most of the things to do are on the other side of the river. The hotel is quite close to where the air balloons take off. there is also a few ruins around but not the famous ones. The hotel is in an old building, the……

“Very easy to get around and breakfast and good.”

“Since the very first moment I booked the property they have been attentive. I arrived in the middle of the night and I was picked up and taken to the hotel by the owner. If you're looking for a tour or activities to do, he has you covered and if you have any questions he is also willing to answer them. Can't complain, the peace and quiet of the hotel and the very mesmerizing view is amazing.”

“The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.”

“My stay at the Nile Compound Hotel was amazing! The hotel is a garden oasis surrounded by the beautiful farmland of Luxor. I could not have picked a better place to stay. Mr Yousef and the rest of the staff were spectacular! Mr Yousef arranged my transportation to several sites and always made sure I was enjoying myself. The food, especially the breakfast, were always delicious and they even gave me a breakfast before my early morning flight back to Cairo. I am so glad I chose to stay at……

“Fantastic hotel, with great views over the Nile and amazing staff that went above and beyond to help with everything and anything. Restaurant great as well and everything was done easily with no stress or complication.”
