「This apartment was perfect for my family to visit our WVU student. We were able to use the well-stocked kitchen and there was plenty of room for use to enjoy each other's company. The location was perfect, close to downtown but not in the commotion of game weekend. And best of all they were very accommodating and responsive going above and beyond.」

「Check in was a mess. The main entrance is being remodeled. We jad to go in the side door. The side doors were unlocked. We stayed in the aisle of the unlocked entrance and didnt really feel as safe as we.should have felt. We booked 2 rooms from through Expedia. The desk said only one came through. I showed my receipt. He had to dig a bit and found our we did have two rooms. He put a note for the next oerson not to try andncharge for the room. I had to call the next day and have the charge...

「Came to town to visit family and wanted to see this impressive hotel that was built just before we moved away. We didn’t really take advantage of all the amenities, but it is modern and comfortable and the bar/restaurant staff are great. There was some small, occasional ticking sound near the entrance of our room that seemed to be caused by vibration in the walls, and there isn’t an option for less lighting in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced!」
