Access to the Verneys chairlift is 550 m away and the center of the Valloire resort is 2 km away.
Cross-country skiing trails are 650 m away, as are ski shops, bakeries and newsagents 500 m away.

Surface area : about 60 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : South. Living room with TV. Bedroom with double bed (140). Bedroom with double bed (140), 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with oven, microwave, 4 gaz cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Shower room with hairdryer. Separated WC. Balcony with garden table and chair. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
