The building is older, so meds are needed if you are allergic to mold or mildew and the drains didn't really work anywhere in the studio. The property manager was trying their best to help me and was quick to respond! More pictures of the property would be helpful in the listing, as well as an understanding of the bathroom situation (two different showers and a sink in a separate room from the toilet, just an odd layout but still worked well).
