「Wir haben jeden Tag in diesem mit viel Bedacht restaurierten Haus, seinem wunderschönen Garten und seinen Ausblicken auf die Berge genießen können. Das Haus liegt in einem alten Weiler und hat eine ganz besondere Magie. Wer das Besondere sucht, findet es hier. 「We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

「Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!」
