Resort "Résidence Alizéa", 4 storeys. 3 houses in the resort. 80 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Valras-Plage, 10 m from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced) with plants, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 31.Oct. pool opening hours: 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-20:00). Outdoor shower, table tennis. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 5 km, sandy beach 10 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Wi-fi only at the reception.

Beautiful apartment, sea view, pleasant calm but the furniture needs changing, lacks an oven, 2nd bed not great...the white curtains are no longer white and no wifi connection. Sincerely.

Empfehlenswert für Ruhe suchende!

Das Appartement genügte allen Anforderungen. Die Lage am und zum Meer ist ideal. Sehr geeignet für Erholungssuchende, die Ruhe suchen und Trubel meiden wollen. Das Zentrum ist etwas von der Unterkunft entfernt, aber Grundnahrungsmittel können in unmittelbarer Umgebung gekauft werden. Verpflegung stellt kein Problem dar. Vieles wird mit südländischer Gelassenheit angegangen - kam uns sehr entgegen. Wifi ist im Rezeptionsbereich empfangbar - da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist, muss man in diesem Fall wie "auf dem Bahnhof" stehen. Eine Sitzecke wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Kleiner Fernseher vorhanden (Empfang in HD) - aber nur französische Sender. Grundkenntnisse in der fz. Sprache erleichtern das Dasein. Wir kommen gern wieder - bei gleichen Konditionen d.h. Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer!!
