「Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. 「We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked. 「Andrea was grest and so responsive from the get go. She made it so easy and when we had questions she answered so quickly. Her place was amazing! No problems with 4 guys on a golf trip. The outdoor sitting area is great to relax in after a hard day on the course. Thanks, Andrea!!」

「Great old Florida house for our little event. Guests enjoyed pool table, ping pong, games, etc. was just right for us. Nice that bedrooms are both upstairs and downstairs and spread out. Suggest pressure washing outside that would make a nice difference. Its a lotta house to take care of. I get that!」

「Clean, beautiful and everything you need to relax We really did enjoy ourselves. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was not far from several different beaches/activities. Only reason for the overall rating of a 4 was the beds were very firm (bottom bunk beds where more comfortable for us compared to king bed) and security lighting on 24/7 without blackout curtains in bedrooms (this could be oir error. There might have been a way to turn them off and we just didnt know how/were).」
