Yes the room was amazing the view especially the way the staff treated me welcomed me

The Hotel and staff were very nice. The only negative was the elevator wait times.

The hotel is very clean and smoke free. Would have liked in room coffee and a microwave though.

I want to sincerely thank the team at Hotel Glendale for making my stay feel so special during a really transitional time in my life. Kae from the Front Desk Guest Relations team and Bri from Housekeeping Team have both shown such genuine kindness and care. The way they carry themselves and the warmth they share truly makes a difference—it’s the kind of hospitality that makes someone feel seen and welcomed, not just like another guest passing through. For me, the value of a hotel stay has never been about price or luxury, but about the feeling a place gives you. Hotel Glendale has a warmth and comfort that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. While I’ve briefly explored a few other hotel properties during this time after experiencing a house fire and searching for my next home, it’s made me realize how special this place really is. Even being at a beachfront property on a high floor right now, I still find myself thinking about the cleanliness, care, and heart that exists at Hotel Glendale. The thoughtful details around the hotel,the vending machines on each floor, the fresh H₂O station, and the latte machines, are small touches that make the experience even more comforting.
