"Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental."

"I love staying here. It is so clean and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the front porch soaking in the beautiful natural world. It far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to grab delicious food for meals. I’ll always stay here when visiting Eminence."

"Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or...

"We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Geeat accommodations and everything you would need was there! Close to many different places to explore! Beautifully decorated inside and great supply of hot water! The only suggestion is to give suggestions for storm shelter in the area! Overall great place to stay and very accomodating! Highly suggest renting this place!"

"Nine of us women cousins thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Lodge and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. Only suggestion would be to include the pool fee in the daily rate and it be available all day. Thanks for a great time."

"House was immaculately clean, in extremely pleasant surroundings. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings very much, overall a nice stay but there were some challenges. On the downside: We had some difficulty on the steep gravel driveway with our one non 4 wheel drive vehicle. The mattresses on the main level were extremely firm and uncomfortable. I was traveling with 2 disabled elderly folks, which I had discussed with the host; the queen sized bed sat up way too high...

"All of the beds had clumps of dirt, sand, and what looked like dog hair in the sheets. The dishes were filthy and thrown in the cabinet. The trash cans had garbage in them. We ran out of dish soap. There were no extra trash bags in the premises. Directions to the property could have been more clear. For the price we paid for two nights and the condition of the home when we arrived, we were very disappointed."

"Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer."

"Such a quant home with plenty of room to move around. Bedrooms are nice sized and the yard space has a firepit and outdoor games . It was nice not to be on Main street and feel the comfort of small town living"

"Property was in decent order and repair, although there were no trash bags or toilet paper. Inside the home was a little dirty but overall fairly clean. Internet is EXTEREMELY slow, mostly unusable."
