“Was continently located as to where we were visiting”

“Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.”

“The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.”

“I would recommend this property highly. The decoration is soothing and rustic, the rooms are very nice and breakfast gives a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down item is the height of the stools in the bathrooms, they are very short. My 5' 2" companion said that she felt like she was sitting on a child's potty and I am considerably taller & felt like my knees were up under my chin. I am a senior and I had trouble getting off the toilet when I was finished.”

“Parking was okay, but the traffic on the street in front of the hotel was terrible. The hotel needs to trim the tree at the entrance to the hotel. It's impossible to see the coming traffic on the curve. Very dangerous.”

“service and hotel itself was wonderful! great staff, very friendly. was upset at the fact there was no hot tub and they advertise the hot tub in listing so that is the only negative review i have. my sibling stayed there a year ago and same thing that time as well.”
