「Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve yeniydi. Bina daha birkaç ay önce tadilattan geçmiş sanırım, o sebeple her şey sıfıra yakındı. İlk gece televizyon bozuk olduğu için kullanamadım ama ertesi gün hemen hallettiler. Duş alırken su bir anda sogudu, onu da bir 5 dakika sonra hallettiler. Genel olarak ortalamanın üzerinde bir oteldi. Merkeze yakın, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, otelin hemen altında 24 saat açık Çorbacı var.」

「A very beautiful hotel; everything is new and modern. The staff are very kind and polite, even though they don't speak a word of English. It is a bit difficult to reach using navigation apps, as the streets are narrow and congested. They have parking, which is very important in this area. The breakfast is generous and varied. I recommend it!」

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...

「GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update. When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality. And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)」

「I booked a room for my brother so he could have a few hours of rest before his flight. He arrived there at 6am. I specifically asked the hotel to let him check out a little later, but they were rude and unaccommodating. Even though they had plenty of available rooms, they wouldn’t let him stay even one extra hour and behaved rudly. I’m really disappointed with their service and would not recommend this place.」

「Otel çok pis. Sadece 1 gün kaldık. Bebegimiz için yanımızda götürdüğümüz çarşafı kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Otele vardığımızda odamızın anahtarlarının kayıp olduğunu söylediler ve bu şekilde kullanmamızı istediler. Biraz ısrarcı olunca gece 23.00 gibi bulup getirdiler. Otel cok gürültülüydü. Otele İran'dan gurup geldiğini söyleyip oluşan tüm aksaklıkların buna bağlı olduğunu söylediler ama temizliğin buna bağlı olduğunu sanmıyorum. Otele dair beklenmedik birsekilde tek iyi şek kahvaltıydı....
