2 bedroom ground floor suite with private entrance is located right in central Kitsilano. Broadway street is only half a block away where you can have access to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. Kitsilano beach, Kits pool and Spanish Banks is in walking distance.Suite is clean, full height and has private entrance. It is located in the West Broadway area of Kitsilano, also called "Greek Town" Our unit is not large but functional, clean and located in a great neighborhood.

The apartment was clean & comfortable & spacious enough for our needs. We appreciated the close proximity to good restaurants & shopping. The area is generally quiet though there is often a lot of vehicle traffic on the street in front. To access the laundry, one goes outside & around to the back of the house. The laundry machines are easy to use, but the space is a bit cramped, especially if you are over six feet tall like me! Overall, the suite is well designed & served as a good home base during our stay.

This apartment was great for us. Location was perfect for when we needed to go out to eat. It was easy to get to everything. Very centrally located in Kitsilano. When we needed to cook in, the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment is in a basement, but didn't feel like it. It was also clean and the manager was very responsive. I fully recommend this apartment.

Great stay in beautiful Kitsilano. Very convenient walk to Broadway for restaurants and the Kits pool. Didn't use the kitchen, but seemed equipped with basics.

This place had everything we needed. Liked the floor plan with bedrooms in separate areas. The host provided consistent, timely communication and support. Laundry facilities were much appreciated.The location was perfect for us - everything we needed nearby, very walkable, even though Kitsilano Beach and Granville Island
