angry about the wrong info and over booking..
The hotel is good, but we were angry about their overbooking! First, their info on the hotels.com website is wrong. In particular, the web shows all rooms have kitchens, which is not true! We checked their original website and found only the more expensive room has kitchen, so we booked it successfully. However, when we checked in, the manager said they do not know what's wrong but they can only give us a room without kitchen! (so we paid more!).

Too expensive for the area. If the nghtly rate was $100 or less I would have rated a bit higher. I would expect bed sheets to be clean but they were stained and from how crinkled the sheets were they looked like they were not changed from the previous persons stay. The sink was stained making it look dirty. Shower and tub clean and bright.

Carpets were dirty, bathroom had a mouldy mildew smell and the parking lot was almost undrivable due to the fact the did not bother to remove the snow from the snow storm earlier in the week, making the parking lot hard to maneuver with only a single path to get in & out of the lot. I had to help 2 people push their cars out, the snow was extremely heavy.

Hotel was acceptable for a two day stay. The elevator was not working one evening and morning so it was a chore getting up and down the multilevelled stairs to the third floor. Not appreciated when the door card not work once you returned to the room.
