Love this apartment, so clean, includes all the comforts of home, super comfy bed, loads of linens, kitchen and amenities were a huge plus.
We’re extremely pleased with host and would definitely stay here again.
Loads of information provided, once sorting out parking and entry to unit, we were set for a great mini getaway.

Awesome place to stay in great location to access arenas as well as Gastown so you can park you car and walk everywhere. Jay was super responsive to questions, apt was clean and modern. Highly recommend it!!

Convenient and reasonably priced given its Vancouver and central. Host’s communication was excellent. Unit could use a deeper clean. Hair dryer only has 1 level for heat which is a bit weak. AC is portable units through open windows - I note the area is quite noisy so this really isn’t optimal with no fans available as an alternative option. The stay was far from unpleasant and if in need of a convenient, affordable option - would definitely stay again. In any case, really appreciated the hospitality and prompt communication. Thank you!

The pictures are accurate, it was very clean and communication was appreciated. Unfortunately, the property is beside a park with many homeless people. The neighborhood at night is not safe to walk around. The 2 air conditioners were not ideal. They were noisey and vent through open windows which added more noise. They also don't allow you to completely close the blinds.

The unit is very clean, in a great location, and the Host was very responsive. Air Conditioning is provided via portable air conditioning vented out open windows that do not have a screen. Lots of mosquitoes. Bathroom fan sounds like a jack hammer - fine if you turn it off. Parking spot is close to the elevator but the person that parks beside you has a huge pickup - fine if you have a small car.

Excellent location! Couldn’t ask for a closer place to Rogers Arena and downtown Vancouver. The host was very responsive answering all my questions and very accommodating. Professional management. Attaining the keys was initially stressful after reading other reviews but actually it was quite easy. Located in a small convenience store right across the street from the condo there is a lock box at the back of the store that is automated. There was a concierge service next door to the key pickup/drop off to drop off bags if you arrive before check in time. They only charge a small fee. Very convenient. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool and hot tub are also a great bonus! Definitely recommend. Would stay again.
