Clean room everyday. Everyone was incredibly friendly and inviting. The hotel was beautiful and the in house restaurant was wonderful. Specifically want to mention restaurant staff member Fernanda, she was very warm and welcomijg and held engaging conversation with us each morning.
Great rates for the level of hotel and service recieved.
The area is wonderful and close to anything you could want within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back for sure.
Shower was a bit hard to turn on but other than that, clean and staff were excellent. Would stay again. Ask for an end of hall room. They even brought us a mini fridge to keep food cold on request.
Check In went smoothly, employees were quite welcoming and accommodating .
Our room was clean we had enough towels and i was to surprised there were two bathrooms that got me happy seeing that Lol the only thing we didn’t have in our rooms were , no trash bags for our bins , i didn’t bother asking if we could get some end up buying our own instead. and the bus just stops outside of the hotel thats convenient

Liked: Staff & service
This property was fine and my stay was pleasant enough however, it was not worth the amount charged per night. The towels were thin and threadbare and my body wash bottle in the shower was completely empty. Staff were helpful when I requested non-down pillows and a new body wash and a gentleman staff member was incredibly kind when I was looking for a lid for my coffee to to.
We got a corner room with a balcony. Totally not planned for. The staff had free bottled water whenever we wanted it at the front desk. Free coffee every morning in the lobby. Great recommendations for activities throughout the city. Centrally located. Easy walk to Cruise terminal. The king bed was super comfy. The room was super clean and well maintained. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We didn't try the food or park at the hotel so we don't know about that.
Well managed property. Little details matter to this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Quiet. Professional staff. Great city and great location to walk to waterfront or shopping districts, etc.
Great Hotel! Excellent location to everything in downtown Vancouver.

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained over the years and offers a convenient downtown Vancouver location, making it a good base for exploring the city. The property's character and upkeep are commendable; however, some aspects would benefit from modernization. The electrical system appears outdated, with a limited number of power outlets for today's devices and charging needs. Guest room appliances also need upgrading, including the television, and the absence of a microwave may be inconvenient for some travelers. In addition, the heating and air conditioning systems were not functioning consistently, resulting in uneven temperature control and reduced comfort during the stay. Overall, the hotel offers a solid location and reasonable maintenance standards, but investment in infrastructure and room amenities would significantly improve the guest experience.
