What an amazing gem! Really nice and new neighborhood, plenty of parking with choice of front or back of house, bright and SUPER clean! Upstairs hosts were very quiet and responded to messages instantly! Would recommend to others and would book again if in the area :)

Clean and quiet basement apartment. I rarely heard the hosts upstairs, we had our own parking spot, communication was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had limited essentials, which was fine for us as we didn't cook there.

The suite was extreme clean. Easy check in, bright space. Beds were comfy. The only sub par was there were very few pots and pans , the kitchen pots and they were old and very stratched. No cling wrap/ foil wrap/ parchment paper. My only complaint

The location was excellent. Close to everything, easy to get around. Parking is good, a bit confusing to find as access is in back lane, but the unit is numbered on garage beside spot. There is parking on street out front too. Place was very clean and quiet. We hosted some family come for a lunch which was great space as had total of 9 people there and lots of space. Kitchen could use more items. We have not done many VRBO type stays, but i understand that often there is more available in kitchen. Very bare bones but well maintained.
