I had stayed at this location on Feb 16th for the night. The surrounding areas are a little rough which is fine. However, in the room not one single electrical outlet worked and I tried ALL OF THEM. Was unable to charge phone or do hair etc. Woke up with two bites on my face, i’m not sure if that was from the sheets or the pillows. Was extremely disappointing.
I loved the uniqueness of the property. I loved its history. The rooms are a little small but that added to its charm. They were definitely adequate size. The staff were outstanding!! They take pride in their property!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet comfortable rooms!
It was great! Even though I was in quarantine. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating over the phone. Big shout out to Paul! Fantastic service!
Property is very close to Gastown. Good rate, clean and comfy bed. There are some characters around this neighborhood but overall felt safe and walking distance everything you could want.
Staying at the Ramada Limited in Vancouver was an absolute pleasure. The staff there really made our trip delightful. You will be amazed by their amazing hospitality. Paul and Leo were both so wonderful to us. They were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming and never hesitated to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Breakfast was alright. Nothing special. Hotel is decent. Good place if you can get it on the cheap
My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay here for a couple of days after our flight back to Australia was cancelled. The hotel is in a great spot, super clean and the rooms are great value for money. But most of all, Paul on the front desk is an absolute legend and was happy to help us in any way he could!
Quick and easy booking. Hotel was able to give us a room change and staff were extremely helpful. Sanitizers at door, lobby, elevator, room etc. Room was clean. This is a less expensive hotel and was exactly what you pay for. Offered a bagged breakfast.
Location nearby the DTES can be intimidating for some (likely to walk past homeless and/or opioid dependence out-patients along Pender St).
Though the cleanliness of the room was good, its furnishings are dated, and not quite the right size fitting the space: the dresser that places the TV is too big, and partially blocks access to the coat rack + luggage nook.
Pandemic conditions 'free breakfast' was a brown bag consisting of a toddler's portion sized combo: a juice box, a granola bar, and a fruit cup.
Comparatively in Downtown, it's about another CAD $50 more expensive to stay at a better 3-star hotel, and $20 less expensive to stay at a smaller 2-star hotel.

I was very unhally with the property at first. The room was tiny, bed was hard as can be. Tv remote didnt work, and it smelled like pot on the whole floor. The walls are paper thin and we had a bunch of young college partiers on the floor and we couldnt sleep. My wife is 7 months pregnant, she needs to sleep when she can. Theu moved us to another "upgraded" room. It was the same excrpt a dmall fridge and a desk. Theu did all they could to help but I would not stay here again. I dxpected kore from a Ramada, and was let down. The staff was very nice and helpful and it is located in a fantastic area. But the hotel is just too aged and the hotel saved pennies on everything from beds to the breakfast in the morning. Do your back a favor and stay elsewhere.
