the hotel is old, I understand it is under renovation now but the room I stayed, there is noise from the ventilation whenever you turm on the light of the washroom. The bath tub surface is chipped. The air-condition makes noise too... actually you cannot have agood sleep

Good location but not deserved for 3 star! aged interior! poor maintenance! slow wi-fi and not stable! noisy and many workers for building outside renewal share same elevator! Do not understand why they do not up-date the interior first for more comfortable stay, but for outside look! Do not understand why no information on line say that they are under construction.

The manager was very rude, my booking was cancelled and they didn’t even call to notify that they needed to process payment. At booking said pay at property I even called them to notify of credit card change they said it’s okay we can do when you come. They did nothing about horrible experience with there Indian manager very rude

Excellent proximity to Rogers Arena for shows! There’s some renovating going on in the lobby area, making it a bit hard to get around and a bit confusing to know where to go. Overall a great night’s stay.

It was great we got checked early after a long flight from Toronto. Very friendly staff and helpful. Although short our stay was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and beds were too.

There is poop and pee all over the toilet bowl when we checked in. The hardware in the room is rusty and chipping away. Its smells bad. Construction going on thank god obviously the place is run down and needs it. Just be aware cause it is noisy and an eye sore.

Bathroom needed to be fixed was not up to par. There was water in the tub and part of the flusher was broken. I normally have a great experience at this sandman so I’m hoping this is just a one off

The hotel is really convieniently located,we booked a queen room one night and a king for the next, and the desk agent quickly upgraded us to the King room for both nights to make our stay more comfortable. The Hotel is under renovation, and smelled like paint in the common areas, and a hallway was taped off with plastic so you had to squeeze down to get by, othwise it was good service.

I enjoyed my stay. We got upgraded which was very nice. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel which was loud and hard to walk around. The fumes were also quite strong but overall the room itself was nice.

Was an alright stay convenient to get to the places i had to be. The one staff member behind the counter wasn’t overly helpful with giving me a time to check into my room, i asked if i could leave my number so they could contact me when my room is available i was brushed off and told to return later or call the front at a later time which i did and it just continued to ring, better off leaving a message with the automated messaging service. The Elevator seemed to take a extremely long time and stop randomly at floors where no one was, just a minor inconvenience but hopefully it gets fixed in the future.

However there were multiple issues; - no fan in the bathroom - sink was plugged - no closet: ironing board was in the corner of the room. Very small room - hottub was really just luke warm - fitness gym not open before 7am
