「Went to the front desk and was told there were no rooms available. Returned to the car and booked an available room on-line in the same hotel. The clerk at the front desk seem disinterested in our request.」

「This is a nice property, only thing lacking is air conditioning in the rooms however, you can open up the patio doors. They have fly screens as well. Highly recommended. Both restaurants on site are good and fair price. 20 minute drive from Tofino. 」

「Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing.
