We often stayed at Steven Waterfront Hotels, but this is the first time we felt the property was under maintenance. There should be a map provided where the room located. When we got into the room, there was hairs in the toilet. When I tried to open a blanket, there was hairs inside as well.

Amazing location & so worth it. We stayed in the studio. 2 adults and my daughter. Really great value for the kitchen, laundry and terrace. The sofabed wasn't super comfy but fine for a 12 year old. Nice outdoor area with a pool, hot tub and bbq. We even enjoyed the sauna in the gym. Always appreciate private bathrooms outside of the room when traveling. We stayed here before our cruise to Alaska which was perfect. Walkable but not with luggage. Great location walkable to all! Inexpensive Uber & close to the airport too. Checked all boxes and highly recommend. Will be back when we return. Thank you!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel century plaza surtout car il était vraiment bien situé. Cependant le balcon était très sale, bcp d’excrément de pigeon et mauvaises odeurs. De plus en arrivant à l’hôtel ils nous ont avertis que la piscine sera fermée pour les prochains jours alors que nous avions réservé pour la piscine.
