The communication was outstanding, from the welcome email before check-in to the daily messages checking whether I needed anything in my room. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When the room was ready, they even allowed me to check in early, which was a lovely touch. Every staff member I encountered greeted guests with a warm smile. I also noticed staff constantly cleaning and mopping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and thoughtful communication made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!"
