Just be mindful with the level of noise during the morning. I know the staff needs to clean the rooms, but sometimes is gets very noisy.

Great breakfast options, very nice that it’s made to order and not buffet style, where food can be cold or wasted. Staff are very kind. Parking is limited but we did not have problems finding a space. We did not have to drive around much during our stay as there were many sights and great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights. Amazing place to stay conveniently located - walking distance to very good restaurants and sites! Walking distance to the Empress Hotel. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Excellent food and very gourmet. The food just kept coming. Rooms were super clean and very well appointed! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Victoria.

We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront. We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent.

Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, die Einrichtung so liebevoll und persönlich, wie man es nur sehr selten in Hotels findet. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Absolut unschlagbar war das Frühstück. Nur nur die umwerfende Bedienung, sondern auch die Gerichte selbst haben uns den Tag versüßt. Jederzeit wieder!
