Renovations going on. Room was clean and decorated tastefully for the 80's pool closed, work going on but relatively quiet. Limited parking. Staff great. We will come back.

We only stayed at Hotel Zed Vic for one night on our travels thru vancouver island. We showed up at 3 and immediately rented their free cruiser bikes and rode 16 km all over the city. The hotel staff were super nice and the lobby was funky. We would have liked to enjoy ping pong or the pool in the evening but it was under renovation and there were construction crews eveywhere during the day so thats really the only reason for 4 stars vs 5. The room (rebel room) was cute, on theme, and made efficient use of space. The bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. Thanks for the short stay!

The pillows are too tall perhaps some smaller pillows will be better. The traffic noise was audible throughout the night. Otherwise, the room is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped!

Noisy surrounding next to highway, poor sound separation. Otherwise lovely and recently renovated hotel. Still ongoing renovations at staying day. A few facilities can't access. Friendly staff and overall clean and tidy.
