"The house was clean, well maintained and comfortable for my family who was here for my son's graduation- I didn't have enough room for them all to stay at my home. And the property is close to my home so it was ideal. My only issue is that the fees doubled the cost of the rental."

"This property is perfectly located. Minutes away from route 8, but tucked away in a private area for large groups. My group of 17 had a fantastic experience. The house is very spacious & comes with all the amenities you need for a group, no matter the weather. "The place was is horrible condition. Rooms were filthy, furniture in bedroom was broken and sitting in pieces. Cardboard was covering some of the windows while sheets were used curtains. Dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom and the sink and shower were dirty. Owner refused to answer our requests for a refund."

"We were in town for a wedding and had the great luck of staying at this property. Getting there was a little confusing, because it is well off the main road, but after we got situated, it was wonderful. Our hosts were very accommodating, allowing us an early check in so the bride and the bridal party could get ready and the photographers could start taking pictures. It was also quite nice to have all of our barnyard friends out in the front. We even made friends with a very friendly little cat."

"I can't say enough about this property and how well it suited our needs. The entire interior is updated and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Some additional attention to detail like chocolates in the bedrooms and flower-petal tissue tops were also a nice touch! The rooms on the top floor each have their own heating/cooling unit and came in very handy. All four bedrooms were comfortable and with those along with two full bathrooms we slept 7 comfortably (we could have easily had 8)....

"This property is in central Monroeville convenient to rte 376. Plenty of shopping and all types of food around. Giant Eagle and Target is real handy and you could walk there if needed. Will definitely try and book again. Great communication with the property management!"

The outside was not clean/trash, pool area patched, hot tub not working, front door not working, side door steps at an angle and dangerous to walk on. "The only issue we had was that, when we arrive, the electricity had been shut off to the property due to non-payment. Speaking to the property manager, this was not the first time the electricity had been shut off. After an hour of scrambling to figure out if we could stay there, the electricity was restored. On the map, this does not look like a great area. But it is. There are three cafes within a short walking distance, and it's obvious from the lineups and people walking around that this is...

"Property was clean and suitable for our needs. Good for my group of family traveling for a birthday party for the weekend. Lots of stairs up to the house. Good deal for the price and it gave everyone some space. Would stay again if taking the family."
