“Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture. The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as……

“Booking through Expedia, we were given a room at the end of the hallway where the laundry was piled up, felt like an extra room squeezed in.. very small. There was no thermostat and the space heater was cold upon arrival. The bed and the tiny bathroom / shower stall were clean. Hot water was available in the morning but not at night. The inadequacies of booking through Expedia used to be a running joke but tolerable. It's getting a little out of hand.”
