"As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin.
The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in.

"Thuy la réceptionniste très gentille
Très accommodante
Le déjeuner est bon et la vue que l on a du restaurent est sublimes avec ces montagnes
Les para moteurs passe devant la cuisine au lever du soleil et au couché du soleil ☀️
C'est impressionnant
On y a très bien dormi merci
On est resté une nuit de plus... "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location with the pool and restaurant looking into the hills. The rooms are beautiful and we loved the breakfast. The staff were lovely. Definitely a one of the best in Vang Vieng!"
