Maison Familiale, Proche de la Gare Maritime

Hello,

We rent our house located in a cul-de-sac, both quiet and close to the city center (10-15 min walk along the canal, superb walk) but also 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, departure of boats for Belle île en mer, Ile d'Arz and tours of the Gulf.

We have three children aged 8, 6 and 4 years old, so the house is ideal for families, lots of games would be at your disposal! We have 4 bedrooms, one bedroom for the parents on the first floor and another for a child, and two others on the second floor.
The bathroom (bath + sink + toilet) is located on the first floor and another toilet is on the first floor.

The large kitchen-dining room is enlarged by opening the bay windows which open onto a terrace and a small garden.

We have done a lot of work in this house and some finishing touches remain to be done, but it is very pleasant to live in:) it is bright and very well located!
A bakery is a 5-minute walk away as well as a crossroads and a very good ice cream parlour. PGJyPg
The nearest beaches are Conleau (Vannes beach 5 minutes by car), Séné and Arradon (10 minutes by car). Walks from the house are possible, going to Conleau, towards the center or towards Séné, the choice is wide!

We are quite late in renting our house, hence the last minute announcement!
