We welcome you to the beach oasis and offer space for up to 5 people in a cozy atmosphere.

From the entrance area with a practical storage room including a washing machine and cloakroom, there is a shower bath with daylight and a large, walk-in summer rain shower and also into the heart of the apartment: the open living-dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the spacious dining table with a total of 6 chairs and in the living room the spacious corner set and the electric fireplace ensure cozy and relaxing family hours.

From the living area you then reach the large covered south-facing terrace with seating.

The master bedroom with double box spring bed and large closet has enough storage space for your luggage. Another person can also sleep here on the sofa with a sleeping function. A flat screen TV is available.
In the 2nd In the bedroom you can expect a box spring bed and a closet with enough storage space. Here, too, a flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
