One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
The manager was extremely arrogant and had a very unprofessional attitude. Instead of listening to guests or trying to resolve issues, the behavior was rude and unhelpful.
The room itself was poorly maintained. There were no proper mirrors, basic amenities were missing, and even drinking water was not provided properly. The bathroom was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what you would expect from a hotel.
Almost everything about the stay was disappointing — from the staff's attitude to the cleanliness, facilities, and basic guest services. The price does not justify the quality of service or accommodation provided.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and properly managed place to stay, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save your money and avoid this hotel.
