A new hotel with a warm and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was quality - with western omelets for those who requested. The best showers we have ever experienced in our travels in India. Thank-you!

Room was fantastic. Great view from the beautiful balcony. Fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Room was very clean, great amenities. Bathroom with walk in shower looked like it was newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelets. We definitely will be back if we are in the area again

We had an excellent stay at this property, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was an initial issue with one of the ac’s but they immediately gave us an additional room. It was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is newly opened and rooms are fresh. The staff are very friendly, especially Assistant Manager Abhey, Jayan, and the restaurant team. They made me feel like a home. The cooked home made food, even I made a special request to cook Kerala’s famous kheer! It was amazing. The hotel is just 5 mins from the beach. Every morning I woke up and walk to the beach. The Varkala cliff is 10 mins walk. Everything was near by. 10 from Railway station by auto. Highly recommended for family & business people. Such a good team. Will definitely stay again

This is one of the more “western”standard rooms in the area. You can stay cheaper but the Indian home stays are a bit of an acquired taste. However here you get the best of both worlds home stay hospitality and modern western accommodation. The location just a short walk to a wonderful local beach at south cliff. I stayed 5 nights . Had great breakfast in the morning . Get Dosa.. Great restaurant just up the road from the beach Mama Chompas. It is really the only game in this part of town . Filled up every night. For good reason. cheap by euro or USA standards a little high by homestay options . I was fully satisfied and can recommend highly .

Déplorable - A FUIR Un enchaînement de mensonges et de difficultés. J'avais réservé et prépayé sur EXPEDIA, une Suite Deluxe avec balcon, vue sur mer et 2 grands lits : - Check in : ils ne trouvent pas la réservation ni le paiement. On a dû remplir tout un tas de papiers, leur envoyer des impressi0ons écrans. Bref, on y a passé un temps fou. - La chambre : quand, enfin, on a pu accéder à notre chambre, on ne voit qu'un seul lit Queen... on leur dit que ça ne correspond pas du tout à notre réservation. Et c'est reparti pour des discussions interminables. Mon fils a eu le propriétaire au téléphone, fortement désagréable et de mauvaise foi. Finalement, ils nous proposent un lit supplémentaire dans la chambre, qui veulent nous facturer. Le lit est un lit d'appoint, correct pour un enfant, mais mon fils a 34 ans et mesure 1m90 (6'2) !! - EXPEDIA : je décide alors de contacter le service client. Ils me proposent d'annuler, mais à mes frais, et de trouver un autre hébergement. Il est déjà 18h, il fait nuit. Les échanges par chat ont duré 1h sans qu'EXPEDIA nous trouve une solution satisfaisante. SERVICE CLIENT déplorable - Vue mer : quelle blague !! Plutôt vue sur la rue et les ordures.... En se mettant sur la pointe des pieds, on arrive à voir un bout de mer, de la taille d'une carte postale ! - Petit déjeuner : Sur EXPEDIA, il est mentionné qu'il s'agit d'un buffet : encore un mensonge ... La nourriture (indienne) est de qualité très moyenne. Sens du service =0 EXPEDIA+HÔTEL=0
