The rooms were very spacious, brand new, and even though they were facing to the main street there was no sound coming from outside. We had a long drive from Brasov, Romania and needed the rest after such a long trip and I should say that we all slept like a baby. Our check in was fast, smooth and there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us in our room. As a great fan of Bulgarian wines, I really liked the present. Besides, we had a nice breakfast with different types of egg, selections of Bulgarian cheese, cold cuts, and freshly baked pastries. Next time I go back to Varna, the first hotel I will check will be Rosslyn Dimyat for sure.

Fantastic hotel, Great location, Wonderful staff and very friendly love this hotel we have stayed here three times now as we travel to Varna every year. Spa is great too. Only problem is the parking so busy and congested outside the hotel and no where to park !! Also did not get the VIP access bottle of wine or the VIP Expedia offer from the hotel

The good: staff was friendly and helpful, good location, near city centre, the sea park is at the hotel’s doorstep. The views from the higher floor sea rooms are amazing, room was spacious. Nice spa. Good breakfast. The bad: no english tv channels apart from one obscure news channel ( but many in russian, few italian and german). the TV was not smart, unable to use netflix. The welcome wine bottle was delivered opened, which is unhygenic and a waste in case you dont want to drink it at that moment. The front desk manager added insult by hinting that the reason they dont deliver the bottle with bottle opener is so customers dont steal it. Gym opens late, for early starters 10am is not good.

I stayed in room number 802, it is a room in which it would be nice to have a refurbishment. The general cleanliness was not bad, but during the night there were bedbugs in my bed that bit me all over my body and very hard. Due to the fact that my flight left very early in the morning, I didn't have time to comment it at the reception, but I want to share it here so that it can be checked and it doesn't happen again to anyone.

Заказан был стандартный номер,сделали нам апгрэйд на Deluxe.Номер большой с панорамными окнами с видом на парк и море.Завтрак нормальный,но не супер.Были удевлены полным отсутствием разных видов корнфлекса и егуртов,но в любом случае голодным не останитесь.Уборка каждый день,но странная-чашки оставались не мытыми.До моря 700 метров по парку-офицерский пляж,до центра 10 мин пешком.Рекомендую гостиницу.

Staff was very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite with a view on the 12th floor and it was a great and comfortable suite with an amazing view. Breakfast was tasty and there was quite a variety of things to choose from. The location of the hotel is just across the Sea Garden and very close to the beach and many restaurants. We’ll definitely stay there again.

For sure, one of the best and most comfortable hotels in Varna! From the great staff, the personal treatment, the spacious, well-equipped and clean rooms to the great breakfast! It was definitely a corrective experience!!! It started badly, and after the intervention of the reception manager, a positive turn began!! Everything was with a smile and an understanding that we were the guests and that we wanted to be satisfied. At the end of the day, we were upgraded to a better room with a balcony, and the stay was excellent! I must praise the reception manager, Ekaterina. She was attentive and empathetic, for that a huge thank you!! We will definitely recommend the hotel and of course we will get there very soon... literally in a few days!!!

The hotel itself is in an excellent location. Easy to get to with public transportation. The breakfast is very good but I would be happy if they made an omelette. All in all a variety of good foods. The spa is a bit disappointing because I was expecting a heated pool. The room is of a very high standard, but remember that room service is not available at night. All in all a hotel that is worth the price and we really enjoyed it.

Everything ok but the gym which is opens at 10 a.m. This is not anormal schedule since normally the guests are trying to workout or do some cardio early in the morning before breakfast. I’ve picked this hotel because of the gym but i wont do it anymore.

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Super lækkert hotel, med store, flotte værelser og en spektay udsigt (vi boede på 10. etage). Hotellets beliggenheden er ca. 10 minutters gang til/fra downtown, lige ud til en stor, flot og godt besøgt park. På ca. 5 minutter kan du nå ned til stranden, som er fyldt med diverse restauranter, strandbarer, madboder osv. Spa afdelingen var i og for sig fint nok, dog virkede den mandlige receptionist ret uprofessionel og der herskede tvivl om, hvad og hvornår vi havde booket behandlinger til. Morgenmadsrestauranten var desværre ikke nogen positiv oplevelse. Det virkede ikke til, at personalet var gearet op til mængden af hotelgæster. De manglede overblikket. Stort set hver dag manglede der forskellige madvarer, lige fra pålæg til brød. Du skulle f.eks. virkelig være heldig, for at få fat i en chokolade croissant (hver dag). Kaffen med mælk fra kaffeautomaten var heller ikke en kulinarisk oplevelse. Mælken (som formentligt var pulver) var så sød, at kaffen desværre var udrikkelig. Meget ærgerligt for et ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel, der ellers var en ret positiv oplevelse.
