“Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover.”

“Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location……

“Charming, quaint, fit the area. Comfortable bed. We came at night so it was a little difficult to find the door. Host is very helpful.”

“Me and my girlfriend really did enjoy this property. Both host were very friendly and welcoming to us. We both did enjoy the feel at Home environment. We would definitely come back here on a future trip. Big shout out to the host for the wonderful cook meals. Great to know a bit about them as well.”

“Great location between Florence and Pisa. Also only a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to both cities. Great place to stay if looking for something quite and away from the crowds.”

“It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Klein aber fein. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Herrliche Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon. Nur die Parkplatzsuche war am späten Freitag Abend schwierig, weil gefühlt die halbe Jugend der Toscana nach San Miniato in den Ausgang geht.”

“We have stayed at various places in Italy during our recent trip. This place was comfortable enough. Small rooms hut adequate. No breakfast but there are plenty of places to have breakfast locally My biggest problem was that they never mentioned that this location is Ina ZTL restricted area or ask for us to provide a license plate to register. So without knowing anything we just drove up to the front and unpacked. It was only after a rather unfriendly woman at the hotel told us that we were……

“Francesco, our host, is so nice and welcoming. We had the beat stay and our room had the most fantastic view. Excellent breakfast, place was super clean and quiet. We highly recommend.”

“P. Buonaccorsi is a unique property that is centrally located in San Gimignano. It is well maintained and restored and a very beautiful residence. Senora and Bianca were perfect hosts. The town was perfectly located in Tuscany and within easy day-trips to Florence, Siena, and Massa Marittima.”

“Everything about this place was phenomenal. The hosts were so friendly and inviting. They really go above and beyond to create a wonderful experience. I would book this place every time.”

“Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.”
