The spacious living room, featuring a 160 cm sofa bed, opens onto a large sunny balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The open kitchen is fully equipped: TV, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combination oven, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, fondue set, waffle and sandwich maker, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Vars – Hameau des Rennes Residence
Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
This hamlet is situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with direct access via a central lift. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. A free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
Please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
