“There were spider web above one of the beds and 2 spiders, one on the ceiling right above one bed and the other on towards the the end of the wall where the other bed is at. When we told the person at the front desk, there was nothing she could do. I asked for a broom, i killed them myself. The beds move when leaned on, I almost fell. One tiny bar of soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo, and a tiny bottle of cream. We booked a room for two adults. Clearly that was not enough. I would NEVER recommend……

“The overall appearance of the facility was great and our room was large and comfortable. The best thing was they have Costa coffee and it's ground as you go 😁. Really, it was nice, it's in a great location, and the staff was professional. My spot from now on when visiting Fayetteville.”

“Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (540) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! Breakfast was great- oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and peppers, sausage, all kinds of breads, cereal, yogurts and fruits. The front desk personnel were so kind and nice! I would totally stay again!!! Thank you!”

“when I checked in I initially noticed the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. The duvet had burns in them and the fitted sheet was dirty. Also to add insult to injury none of the outlets out of the 6-7 in the room worked..the only outlet that worked was the one under the television. It says the proper was renovated but I beg to differ. I didn’t say anything last night because we had drove a long way already to it would’ve been a huge inconvenience to switch rooms.”
