Penny the front desk receptionist was so kind and the whole process was smooth and didn’t take long at all. The room was veryyy spacious for a standard king bed and it was in superb condition. I would highly recommend to anyone who is staying in southern pines area!!

Nice Hotel - Bistro is Amazing!

New hotel, still in set up mode but most everything was great! Showtime was not set on TV, but all good. Highly recommend the Bistro!! And Starbucks is at the Main Street!!

The cafe area in the morning was almost empty and the service was poor. Even with just 2 customers catching the 1 waitress was hit or miss. But the hotel itself had lovely, large and clean rooms. View from my window was worth a photograph. Overall, skipping the food service, the hotel was a delight.
