Loud air conditioner

The parking lot is safe, the room was clean staff were pleasant. the only problem I had was that the air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV.

Although navigator had us running through what seemed like the back woods the hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows on the bed, appeared to be very fluff filled, collapsed to nothing when lying head down to rest making it uncomfortable. Breakfast foods were comparable to other hotels that have breakfast service

I stay here often for personal reasons. The staff here is always so friendly and professional. For example the young lady who checked us in today gave us food recommendations and was very helpful with other local information.

It was worth the 15 min drive from I-95 hotels. This IHG property and room was immaculately clean. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly (especially the nice lady from Cebu)! We used the pool. An issue was no pool towels provided and locals were using the hotel pool as their own personal family reunion. They had taken over all the chairs & tables. Since there was no life guard (or hotel security) on duty this may be a regular occurrence. Food options are a short drive. Beds were very comfortable. Room had updated lighting, ample storage space, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was just what we needed to carb up for a long drive. Children loved the pancake machine & huge cinnamon rolls. Photos on website are realistic.
