“Bad experience. The hotel has rooms in different locations and just a few people managing the whole thing, communicating via What's App. There is no reception or staff on site at Bocca di Leone. The staff messaged me 4 days before our stay to ask me to pay via What's App, threatening cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly. Why not charge the credit card on file with Expedia like every other hotel, or wait for check-in? We were also asked to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, which……

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”
