「Bad experience. The hotel has rooms in different locations and just a few people managing the whole thing, communicating via What's App. There is no reception or staff on site at Bocca di Leone.
The staff messaged me 4 days before our stay to ask me to pay via What's App, threatening cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly. Why not charge the credit card on file with Expedia like every other hotel, or wait for check-in? We were also asked to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, which...

「Very compact apartment in a great location justa few minutes from the spanish steps, piazza navona and the trevi fountain with a small Carrefour just across the road
Check in. Keys were left with a security guard. One plus is there is a guard 24 hours a day
No formal check-in or information given . Didn't see anyone from the property my whole stay. No welcome pack with WiFi codes or anything and poor phone reception inside
Also one one key which makes it awkward if someone wants to...
