“We had a lovely stay in the flat. Francesca was so welcoming and helpful. She was very responsive through the entire process - meeting us at check in and ensured we were all set before leaving us. The apartment was clean and inviting and the AC worked very well! From a location perspective, the apartment was super close to the Vatican, and the neighborhood was quiet - which was a plus for us. “The start of our trip was a major disappointment - still waiting to see the inside of our accommodation. The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. We then had to scramble to find accommodation at that late hour after travelling for 24hr from AUS to Italy. A terrible start to our trip. By the time the host actually made……
