“Struttura davvero graziosa e ben mantenuta, dagli interni al giardino. Personale davvero cortese, hanno accontentato praticamente tutte le mie richieste. Francis è di una gentilezza, cortesia ed empatia davvero eccezionali. Colazione con prodotti freschi e vari, possibilità di sgranocchiare qualcosa al bar, ad esempio una pinsa. Esperienza decisamente positiva.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Giulia, our host, was very kind to assist us with everything we needed and answered every question. They provided breakfast pastries and the apartment was wonderful. We had easy access to the metro and enjoyed staying there very much.”

“This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.”

“Küchenausstattung -Töpfe, Messer,... waren in schlechtem Zustand und sollten erneuert werden.Licht in der Küche, und Leselampen wurden trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert. Dusche und Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind aufgrund der Amaturen nicht tauglich.Außerdem fehlt es an nicht maroden Sitzgelegenheiten.Die Matratzen waren jedoch ausgezeichnet.”

“Spacious apartment with ample bathrooms. Great base for our family of 7 to explore Rome and visit the Vatican. Only a few steps to the front door so easy for our 80 year old Nonna to get in and out and the apartment is all one floor. Safe area. Subway stop one block away. Luca was very responsive via What’s App and helped us immediately at check in work through a hot water heater function question. There was no one checking out of the flat the day we checked in so he let us enter early. ……
