Everything good

Outside with the pool was perfect. Inside was not the most modern, but everything was clean and functional. The beds were good. Very kind people who met us there and communication with the owner worked well. Would come back again.

Vacances en famille dans cette maison très agréable. Grande, chacun son espace. L extérieur très sympa pour profiter de la piscine. Très bien placée pour les promenades au bord de l océan, commerces proches. Seul bémol, pas de draps à l arrivée (juste des protections alors qu indiqué draps fournis/vu avec la personne qui gère la maison...erreur sur l annonce. Nous avons dû acheter nos parures de draps...frais non prévus) Je conseillerais de laissé faire le ménage par la conciergerie pour qu il soit fait plus en profondeur et un point important, contrôler en cas d enfants, l alarme piscine qui n a pas marché avec nous. Tout cela ne nous a pas, bien entendu, évité de passer un très bon séjour dans ce lieu très agréable. Sophie

Belle endroit,la résidence des fées est le plus belle endroit de royan et ses alentours,malheureusement la maison est très mal insonorisée ,la piscine n’a pas été nettoyée en 15 jours,c’est dommage.

Grande maison avec piscine proche de la plage

Maison spacieuse, bien équipée, proche de la plage, avec une piscine chauffée à 30° très agréable, propriétaire réactif quand nous lui avons faire part d'un problème avec la piscine qui a été rapidement solutionné. Le village de Vaux sur mer est un village très résidentiel pour plus d'animation il faut aller sur Saint Palais, mais l'avantage c'est que c'est calme. Piste cyclable juste devant la maison et emplacement de parking pour 3 voitures très pratique. La déco est un peu datée mais pour une maison de vacances ça passe. Les enfants ont bien apprécié la piscine, le baby et le terrain de pétanque. Le prix est en adéquation avec les prestations proposées. Au final nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

...la maison est en bord de route à fort passage, bruyant. ...le "forfait ménage" ne concerne que vitres et extérieures... La maison dispose de tout mais ne semble pas bien entretenue. La piscine est top. Place de parkkng à l'ombre.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Also, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer sein, Wegwerfbettlaken geht garnicht, die Batterien von der Poolalarmanlage mussten wir rausnehmen, weil der Arlarm dauernd losging (Achtung: Kreuzschreáubenziehr mitnehmen). Ansonsten haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war super nett. EDins noch nehmt ein paar gelbe Säcke für Plastikmüll und blaue für sonstigen mit, denn vielleicht werdet ihr ja die Müllabfuhr verpassen. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit nochmal darthin fahren.

Nice large house

We had a pleasant 2 week holiday in August staying in this house. It was clean and spacious with a lovely pool. The location was perfect for walking to the local beaches and towns. We took our bikes and regularly used them on the excellent cycle paths. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets near by.

Großes Haus in Strandnähe

Die ‚Luxusvilla’ in Vaux-sur-Mer ist ein geräumiges Haus für bis zu 10 Personen am nördlichen Rand eines Villengebietes und liegt direkt an der frequentierten Küstenstraße. Der belebte Strand von Nauzan ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, bis zum wunderbaren Strand an der Grande Côte im Norden sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Zentrum von Vaux-sur-Mer mit einem kleinen Coop und einem sehr guten Bäcker sind knapp 2 km entfernt. Einen großen Supermarkt gibt es zB im benachbarten Royan. Das Haus ist vollständig und funktional eingerichtet, hat eine geräumige Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank, einen praktischen Elektrogrill sowie einen französischen Billardtisch. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Pool im Garten. In Summe haben wir uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen reichte morgens für 1-2 Personen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Domizil insgesamt zu altem Glanz erweckt, regelmäßig gepflegt und besonders die 3 Schlafzimmer zur Straße lärmtechnisch besser gesichert würden. Bei einer Belegung mit 8-10 Personen ist der Mietpreis in Ordnung.

a wonderful week

Our family of 10 stayed for a week. The house is in a good position, apart from being on a busy main road which was quite noisy at night as we had to have windows open due to the hot weather. It is within walking distance of several good beaches and near the local village with a daily market and several restaurants. An exceptionally clean, well looked after area. It was wonderful to have the swimming pool which has steps down for little children and deep enough to swim. Perfect. M. Chartier was very welcoming and it as good to meet him at the beginning and end of our stay
