Whale swimming at Vava'u Tonga,
All the whale swim companies pick you up by boat from your resort. Then everyone is on lookout for a tell tale blow. We were lucky enough to swim with this mum and baby in August 2015. The baby was estimated to be 2 weeks old. It is a wonderful experience to swim with these magnificent creatures but it is strenuous work in swell and current and very deep water. But worth the effort.
