Family friendly

Very serene Place for family. Many activities for the kids. The breakfast didn’t have many options to choose from and surprisingly the room didn’t have a refrigerator! We had to pay extra 400 for it for 4days.

We loved our stay here, mostly because the room was so comfortable. We had windows on two sides with a balcony and a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable and there were 2 nice extra pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with the most amazing shower and nice towels. Breakfast was very good too with a large selection of items.

Great stay. Hotel is very nice and service was amazing. Our room had unfortunately catastrophic beds (the other bed was amazing though, we were 4). But other than that the hotel is very modern and nice and would recommend 100%.

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Frederecia was fantastic. Parking and arrival were easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but a bit dated, but nothing I would fret about. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a gym & pool facility adjacent to the hotel and it provides free access for hotel guests. There is a playground and fitness course in front. There is a walking trail that leads to a playground. The only negative is that there isn't a lot within walking distance of the hotel, but there is plenty within a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for others in the future.

Fine stay

The room was fine, but could get hot due to no AC or possibility to open the window properly. Shower corner is designed badly and the bathroom floor can get too wet, and there is nothing to dry it besides one towel. Hard to hang the towel anywhere though, so it gets wet and never dries. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Otherwise the beds where nice, cast feature on the TV was great, staff was friendly. Couls visit again.

Very good stay

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with natural light and a balcony. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was abundant with many choices.

The hotel is great and staff are great too. It's close enough to the train station. My only gripes are that the hotel only does posh food and the restaurant is closed on a sunday so you've got to find your food elsewhere. But I'd definitely stay again.

Somehow, I expect a hotel with this number of stars to ensure there is soap in the room and to be able to ensure clean coffee cups in the room on the first day. This was not the case when I staid there. The service at the front desk is good.

Hotel employees using charging stations

We did a detour and chose this hotel due to the charging opportunity. When we arrived late in the evening all stations occupied and the receptionist with night duty admitted he had one of the cars parked for charging. He did not offer to move his car but said there were some more charging options in the area with a good walk back to the hotel..
