Excellent staff, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant. Good spa, but maybe small if the hotel is at full capacity. We were satisfied and will visit the hotel again.

Great mineral pools, great massage, incredible restaurant quality of food and service. My only complaint is that the mattresses are like a ROCK for the king sized rooms. It completely negated the lovely result of the massage and my body was in pain.

Nice outside pool in winter

This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. The breakfast buffet is good and accommodations are comfortable (although unfortunately no kettle in the rooms). Good wifi. Straightforward parking and late arrival is possible. If you start hiking up the hill from the hotel you can join bicycle trail 220 going up to Ostrets peak (elevation gain of around 800m round trip counting ups and downs).

Our hotel stay was great! Staff were really helpful and attentive from the moment we walked in. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious and had almost everything we needed. It lacked a kettle and cups, but staff were more than happy to provide these for us. The breakfast included had a large selection - both continental spread, cooked food, and more. The spa facilities were good and were very welcomed after a long day of walking and adventuring in the area. The selection of spa treatments available was good, and well enjoyed. Only criticism we had was that the room decor was a bit dated, and that the shower cubicle was leaking.

The spa center:Not planned for the volume of hotel guests, the jacuzzi was broken during the entire stay, the water in one of the outdoor pools was very dirty, we noticed one cleaning during the stay. Being around the pools at the spa was "life threatening", there were swarms of flies and wasps. I was stung by a wasp, my leg was swollen and I left the hotel a day early. They did not offer to refund the amount for the night. Towels in the spa are given to customers with the stipulation that they are for the whole day, i.e. we have to carry them everywhere with us wet if we are going to use the pools and the thermal area all day, which is absolutely unacceptable.The room:There was no view of the park as described in the offer, but of an outside parking lot and the roof of the restaurant! There was no terrace and when the window was opened you could hear the noise of the restaurant, the chatter of the patrons, etc. The robes in the rooms are not changed unless we specifically ask that they be clean and dry. The hair dryer in the room was burnt. I urgently called the front desk, who were unaware that there was virtually no hair dryer in the room. Subsequently, they gave me a manual one. Communication with reception was very difficult.The restaurant: The food was of average quality.There were wasps everywhere around the tables. The "traps" for them were cut plastic bottles placed around the restaurant fence, filled with yellowish liquid and wasps.

Leider gibt es noch teppichboden in den Zimmern der nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung ist ansonsten sind die Zimmer fantastisch riesengroß auch die Balkone schön geräumig. Das Mineralwasser Becken war leider umringt und stark benutzt von vielen Kindern schade dass dieses eine Becken nicht kinderfrei gehalten wird zum Gesundheit regenerieren und auch vielleicht die Raucher dort eine extra Zone hätten denn es gibt ja noch viele andere Pools wo für alle alles offen sein kann

Като започнем от настаняването до напускането на на хотела, всички служители бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви. СПА зоната беше изключително приятно, чисто и съдържащо всичко необходимо за да подейства максимално релаксиращо място. Стаята ни беше просторна. Единственият недостатък на престоя ни беше вечерята в ресторанта. Поръчахме разядки с хлебче, което си личеше, че е било замразено и съвсем леко препечено, част от ястията бяха студени като ги получихме и се наложи няколко пъти да подсещаме сервитьора за някакви пропуски в поръчката. Поръчахме и пица за стаята, която се оказа, че отново е от готовите, които директно се слагат да се пекат и след това видяхме, че се предлага в детското меню. Закуската, която бяхме заплатили беше страхотна и имаше голям избор.
