The resort was almost ready for the season. Looks like a family resort with lots of kid-friendly areas. Fantastic breakfast! Not the fastest wifi if you want to stream programs.

Waste of time and money. I was very excited to stay here but was only met with disappointment. Despite the fact that it is a pool and beach resort, I was informed at check-in that the outdoor pool was closing at 6pm. Why they would close the pool so early is still something I don’t understand. I tried to use the indoor pool and hot tub but that was disappointing as well. The area was dirty, with clumps of hair and dead bugs around the hot tub, and dirt in the showers. The hot tub was also cold. There was no staff in the area, so I could not ask anyone to adjust the hot tub temp. My room also left much to be desired. Only two pillows were on the bed and the air conditioning only went down to 24°C. The hot room made it impossible to sleep, and I seriously considered leaving at 2am to find a more suitable hotel. There was also no information page in the room with information about the amenities; basically you have to memorize what the front desk tells you at check in or go out of your way to call/visit them. Lastly, when leaving in the morning, I waited at the gate for about five minutes before security opened it. Yet, he saw I was there the entire time but was too busy having a conversation with another employee to just push the button on the remote. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. What is advertised as a luxury hotel barely meets subpar standards.

02-09.07.2021 zu Besuch im Hotel mit Mann+2 Jungs

Gesamt Paket stimmt nichts mit der online Präsenz ein: 1. es gibt keinen Zimmer mit Meerblick, weil Zimmer nur im Erdgeschoss gibt also hast du entweder Autoparkplatz Blick oder Hecke die vor dem Pool steht. 2. all inklusive absolute Frechheit. Die drei Mahlzeiten bekommst du im Restaurant „Bardhi Blue“, was ungefähr 400 Schritte vom Hauptgebäude entfernt ist . Der Strand liegt vom Hauptgebäude 400 Schritte in der anderen Richtung, also 3 mal am Tag ca 1 km bei mindestens 30 grad . Viel Spaß dabei. 3. es gibt keinen Fitness Studio 4. es gibt keinen jacuzzi 5. die Bar „Mandarin“ serviert abends garnichts 6. Strandliegen: die Aufpasser fragen jeden Morgen nach der Zimmer Nummer und jedes Zimmer hat Anspruch auf nur einen Schirm mit 2 liegen. Problem 1: Familien Zimmer mit etwas älteren Kindern ( das Hotel kassiert vollen Preis ab 13 Jahren alt) aber nur ein Schirm. Problem 2: wenn alle Zimmer zum Strand wollen dann gibts keine Schirme für jedes Zimmer. 7. Anfahrt mit dem Auto: eine absolute Zumutung. Wenn man von der Hauptstraße rechts abbiegt (am Schild der Polizei Station) ACHTUNG Mega Hubble. Wagen nur rollen lassen , bisschen Gas geben und schon setzt ab und Unterboden bekommt schaden. 2 Hubble in Abstand von 300 Metern. 8. „Chefs“ sowohl am Strand als auch im Hotel benehmen sich wie sklaventreiber gegenüber dem Personal. ——— Positives: 1 das Personal ist absolut top top top. Unter welchen Bedingungen sie arbeiten und wie sie rumgetrieben werden . Vielen dank
