Very new, needs a few more "pots and pans",kitchen-family room door to outside needs to be open for ventilation but at present only way to accomplish that is to prop with a chair plus area is open with people and workers wandering by..safety was a concern. transportation (bus) was a fair distance, but doable. 」

「Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. The blackout curtains and comfy beds assisted us to have a restful stay. The bathroom and kitchen areas were pretty good with the stove being well-functional. 「We stayed 3 nights. It is 5 minutes from Metro and supermarket. Although the apartment is near the beach, there is no seaview and all units are situated at ground floor. The unit and the garden are facing the road with no privacy. Kitchen is ok but the maintenance of the unit is no good. Shower head, exhaust fan are not functioning well. 」

「Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. This is a great neighborhood and building and we highly recommend it for value and amenities. We’ll be back to friendly Copenhagen! 」
