"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

"Wir haben die Zeit im Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. "The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

"It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!"

"We spent a wonderful week in this scrupulously clean home in the center of San Benedetto. Every need was anticipated -- from high quality linens and towels, to a welcome basket of breakfast goodies/coffee, to laundry and dish soap, to a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area. Easy walk to the train station and steps away from shopping, restaurants and waterfront promenade."

"Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills....

"Wir wollten ein Objekt, das nicht in einer Tourismusgegend liegt. Und genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen, die man benötigt. Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich."

"What a lovely house. The outdoor eating area is perfect for a large group, especially because it stays in the shade all day long. The bedrooms are comfortable (fans were v useful in the heat!) and the bathrooms are lovely. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and using the delicious herbs growing in the garden. The ice machine was a godsend! "Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"
